Refunds and Payments Policy
We can offer a range of payment options for students, which can be viewed on each course webpage.
If you chose to directly deposit the payment, your balance of payment is due 6 weeks before the course start date. If your balance payment is not received by 2 weeks out from the course start date, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur and you may not be able to attend a course that you have paid for.
Unless otherwise stated on the course webpage as long as you notify us at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the course, we will refund your course fee, less a small administration fee. Otherwise we can credit the full amount towards any future course.
In the event that a course is cancelled you will promptly receive a full refund. If the course is postpone we will contact you immediately either give you a full refund or transfer your credit to the new course date.
